Place an order
How can I place an order?
As soon as you have decided on a color and size, you can add your desired item to the shopping cart. Simply click on the orange “Add to Cart” button.
My size is not available
We only have a limited number available per size and can no longer reorder the items. Therefore, unfortunately we can no longer offer you your size.
In the cart
You can find the shopping cart at the top right. The shopping cart contains an overview of all the items that you have so far marked for your purchase. The total amount and the expected delivery date will be displayed to you.
Everything is right? Click “Checkout” to complete your order.
Is registration with brandstyle24 required to order?
No, it's just optional. Of course, you can also shop at brandstyle24 without registering.
To do this, click on “Do not create a customer account” during the ordering process.
Or even simpler. You use “Paypal Express” directly on the item page or in the shopping cart.
With Paypal Express, your data is taken over by Paypal and the order is completed with just a few clicks.

Can I add additional items to my order later?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Your order cannot be changed subsequently.
We therefore ask you to place a new, additional order.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do now ?
You can generate a new password in the login area and have it sent to you by email.
All you have to do is click on “Forgotten password” and simply enter the email address you used to register with us.

With Paypal, Klarna, Amazon Pay and credit card, the goods can be sent immediately.
A transfer in advance takes approx. 1-2 days until the money is credited to our bank account.

When will I receive the account details when paying in advance?
The account details (IBAN) will be sent to you by email after ordering.
If you have not received an email, please also check your SPAM folder.

Which parcel service do you use to ship?
DHL - Germany
We use DHL for all orders within Germany.
Delivery to packing stations or post offices is possible.
Shipping takes approximately 1-2 business days.
Post.at - Austria
Austrian customers are delivered by Post.at.
Shipping takes approximately 1-2 business days.
UPS - Europe & Worldwide
Customers in Europe and worldwide are delivered by UPS.
Shipping takes approximately 2-4 working days within Europe and 3-8 days worldwide.
How much are the shipping costs ?
Shipping is free for all countries.
Please select the correct country when ordering so that the correct prices are displayed.
Can I track my package?
Yes, of course.
You will be kept up to date via email.
The shipping email contains a tracking link that informs you about the current shipping status of your package.
If you have opened a customer account with us, you can view the shipping status directly in your customer account.
What's wrong with my package, shipping is taking too long?
Please check the tracking data first.
It happens every now and then that the parcel driver forgets to leave a notification and the parcel has been waiting for collection at a parcel shop for a long time.
You can pick up the package there with the package number and your ID.
Return & Refund
How and where should I send my goods back?

Please make sure that the goods are unused. Please protect the shoe box with foil or an outer box.
Is the return free of charge?
Yes, with us the return shipping is free
Simply send a short email to our customer service, who will then immediately send you a link to our free return label.
Is an exchange possible?
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible due to technical reasons.
We automatically refund the money for every return.
If you need a different size or are interested in a different item, simply order it again.
How and when will I get my money back?
Your return will usually be processed within 2-4 business days.
The purchase amount will be reimbursed via the payment method (PayPal, credit card, Klarna, bank transfer).
For bank transfers, the refund may take a little longer.
