I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

With our new login, you no longer need a password. Here is how to sign in:

  1. Click on Login in the shop and enter your email address.
  2. We will send you a one-time security code by email.
  3. Enter the code – done. Your account will be recognized automatically.

No code received?

  • Check your spam/promotions folder.
  • Wait a moment and click on resend code.
  • Use the same email you used when placing your order.

Note: For security reasons, the code is only valid for a short time and can only be used once.

Which parcel service do you use for shipping?

DHL - Germany
We use DHL for all orders within Germany.
Delivery to parcel stations or post offices is possible. Shipping takes about 1-2 working days.

Post.at - Austria
Austrian customers are served by Post.at. Shipping takes about 1-2 working days.

FedEx - Europe & Worldwide
Customers in Europe and worldwide are served by FedEx. Shipping takes about 2-4 working days within Europe and 3-8 days worldwide.

Can I track my package?

Yes, of course.

You will be kept informed by email.

The shipping email contains a tracking link that informs you about the current shipping status of your package.

If you have opened a customer account with us, you can directly check the shipping status in your customer account.

What is going on with my parcel, the delivery is taking too long?

Please first check the tracking information.

It sometimes happens that the delivery person forgets to leave a notice and the parcel has already been waiting for collection for a long time at a parcel shop.

You can pick up the parcel there with the parcel number and your ID.

Is the return free of charge?

Yes, with us the return shipping is free.

Simply send a short message to our customer service, who will then promptly send you a link to our free return label.

Is an exchange possible?

A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible due to system limitations.

We automatically refund the money for every return.

If you need a different size or are interested in another item, simply place a new order.

How and when will I receive my money back?

Your return is usually processed within 2-4 working days.

The refund of the purchase amount is made via the payment method (PayPal, credit card, Klarna).

Is registration required to place an order?

No, it is only optional. Of course, you can also shop at brandstyle24 without registering.

Or you can use Paypal Express or Shop Pay directly on the product page or in the shopping cart.

Your data will be taken over and the order is completed with just a few clicks.

Can I add more items to my order afterwards?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Your order cannot be changed afterwards.

We therefore ask you to place a new, additional order.
